KINGSPORT - Gerald L. Blizard, 78, of Kingsport, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Holston Valley Medical Center. The family will receive friends any time at the residence and on Monday, July 25, 2016, from 5 - 7 p.m. at Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 7 p.m. in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel with Bob Underwood, Minister officiating. Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Oak Hill Memorial Park & Cremation Gardens in The Garden of The Good Shepherd. Serving as pallbearers, John Blizard, Kevin Blizard, Charles Mullins, Bob Arnold, Justin Peters and Benjamin Jones. Honorary pallbearers, Reece Milhorn and Nile Mullins.
