ROSE HILL VA - Roger William “Buck” Lowe age 88, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016, at Heritage Hall Health Care, Big Stone Gap, VA. The family will receive friends Sunday July 24, 2016, from 6 PM until 8 PM at Robinette Funeral Home, Rose Hill, VA. Funeral services will be conducted from Robinette Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 25 at 11 AM with Rev. Kevin Jerrell officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service in the R. P.
