KINGSPORT - John R. Dingus, 84, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 23, 2016, at his residence surrounded by his family. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, VA is serving the Dingus family.
