FALL BRANCH - Orley Ray Blakley, 81, of Fall Branch, died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center after an extended illness. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Doug Overbay, Pastor Jay Overbay and Rev. Robert Coffey officiating. The graveside service will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 am at East Lawn Memorial Park.
