KINGSPORT - Samuel “Jack” Trent, 76, of Kingsport went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services.
