KINGSPORT - J.L. Ketron, 85 of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, VA is serving the Ketron family.
