ROSE HILL, VA - Frank Baylor Turner, Sr., 85, of Rose Hill, VA passed away at his home on July 15, 2016 surrounded by his family. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 2 until 3:00 p.m. at Robinette Funeral Home in Rose Hill, VA. Funeral Service will follow with the Rev. Frank B. Turner, Jr. and the Rev. Earl F. Crumley, Jr. officiating. Military services will be conducted by the Harlan, KY D.A.V at 4:30 p.m. in the Green Hills Cemetery in Middlesboro, KY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
