Caroline Patricia Babb of Kingsport, and Nicholas Lee Poveromo of Kingsport, plan to be married on May 14, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church, Kingsport. The bride-elect is the daughter of Michael and Pamela Babb of Kingsport and the granddaughter of the late Olin and Thelma Babb of Kingsport and the late Nicholas Bobich and Rita Bobich of Baden, PA. She graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School in 2008, and received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2012, where she was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. She is currently a student at The Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, TN and will graduate May 6th, 2016. The bridegroom to be is the son of Larry and Stephania Poveromo of Lakewood Ranch, FL and the grandson of the late Vincent and Helen Poveromo of Madison, WV and William and Betty Barker of Chapmanville, WV. He graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School in 2007 and received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2012, where he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He is employed at B & T Distributing Company in Knoxville, TN.
