CHURCH HILL - Maxwell E. Epps, 83, Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2016 at Wexford House in Kingsport, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 6, from 12:30 - 2:30 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport, TN. Graveside services will follow immediately at Holston View Cemetery in Weber City, VA with Rev. Gary Gerhardt officiating and Masonic Rites by Lodge #688. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport is serving the family of Maxwell E. Epps.
