KINGSPORT - Charles B. Leonard, 71, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully in his sleep Wednesday, March 2, 2016. The family will receive friends, Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at East Tennessee Funeral Home with funeral services to begin at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in East Tennessee Cemetery. East Tennessee Funeral Home & Cemetery are honored to serve the Leonard Family.
