ROGERSVILLE - Issac David Stuffle, age 45, of Rogersville, passed away Monday (4/18/16) at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday (4/20/16) at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. Floyd Looney officiating.
