KINGSPORT - Mable Elizabeth Skinner Whelply, a resident at Brookdale of Kingsport, went to her heavenly home on April 11th, 2016; she was 96 years of age. A memorial service will be held in Fulton New York, arrangements still pending. She will be buried at the Roosevelt Cemetery alongside her husband.
