KINGSPORT - Patsy Mae Russell, age 75 of Kingsport, was taken up to Heaven in the arms of Jesus during the early morning hours of April 15, 2016. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. immediately following visitation in the Chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home with Brother David Dotson officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Gethsemane at East Lawn Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Eddie Moody, Tim Moody, Weldon Carico, Blake Lingerfelt, and Danny Dingus.
