Billy Mack (Bill) Osborne, 79, of Weber City, went to be with the Lord (Sunday April 10th, 2016) at his residence after a series of health problems. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7pm Wednesday (April 13th, 2016) at Scott County Funeral Home. A service will follow at 7pm with Rev. Odell Beauchamp officiating. Music will be provided by Don and Wilma Brooks and Debra Beauchamp. A graveside service will be conducted at 11am Thursday (April 14th, 2016) at Holston View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Billips, Johnny Brickey Jr, Larry Cruby, Danny Gillenwater, David Hartgrove, and Wayne Sutherland. Those who plan to attend the graveside are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:15 to follow in procession. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family, in memory of Bill.
