CHURCH HILL - Master Sergeant Hubert Ray Wells, Retired, age 80, of Church Hill, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the Mountain Home V.A. Hospital in Johnson City following a brief illness. The arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Johnson – Arrowood Funeral Home of Church Hill.
