KINGSPORT - Ethel B. Hale, 94, died Monday, April 11, 2016, at her home in Kingsport surrounded by her family. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm on Wednesday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The service will follow at 7:00 pm.
