Jessica Brooke Taylor, formerly of Kingsport, and James Richard Cook, II, formerly of Pineville, W.Va., were married April 11, 2015 at Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church. Pastor Greg DePriest officiated at the 5:00 p.m. ceremony.
