BRISTOL - Velma Crane Tapscott, age 86, of Bristol, Va., went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at her home. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2016 at Weaver Funeral Home. A festive celebration will be held at a later date.
