KINGSPORT - Donald Eugene Foster, 81, of Kingsport, TN, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2016. A graveside service will be conducted at noon on Friday, April 8, 2016 at East Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Bud Russell officiating. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post 3/265. Pallbearers will be sons-in-law and grandson. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Hall 20 at Wexford House and Amedisys Hospice.
