BIG STONE GAP, VA - Samuel Eugene Turner 66 passed away Sunday (April 3, 2016) at his home in Big Stone Gap. The family will receive friends, Wednesday (April 6, 2016) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Gilliam Funeral Home, 618 Wood Ave. W, Big Stone Gap, VA. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Greg Townsend, Minister officiating. Military graveside service will be held at Glencoe Cemetery, Big Stone Gap, VA at 11:00 am Thursday (April 7, 2016). Family and friends are asked to assemble at Gilliam Funeral Home at 10:30 am to travel in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
