KINGSPORT - Peggy Hubmann Thomas, 69, of Kingsport, blessed by God, resigned her soul to her Creator on April 3, 2016, after a 17-year battle with breast cancer. The family will greet family and friends to share memories on Tuesday, April 5 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home. A service will follow at 1:00pm at the East Lawn chapel with Reverend J.W. Depew officiating, and burial will immediately follow the service at East Lawn Cemetery.
