KINGSPORT - Patsy Light, 75, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March28, 2016 at Wexford House. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport, is serving the light family.
