DUFFIELD, VA - Amy Dawn Smith, 47, Duffield, VA left this earthly home to enter into her heavenly home Thursday, February 25, 2016 at her residence with her family and caregivers, Marsha and Melinda, by her side. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Lane/Smith Cemetery in the Pattonsville Community of Scott County, VA. Services will be conducted by John Paul Toney, Pastor Chuck Grimm and T.J. Hood. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends will meet at Lane Smith Cemetery for the Graveside Service. Gate City Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Amy Dawn Smith.
