FT. BLACKMORE, VA - William M. Watts, 66, Ft. Blackmore, VA passed away, Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Indian Path Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Friday, February 26, 2016 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Alan Moser, Pastor Randy Waller, and Pastor Layton Bentley officiating. Boots On The Ground will provide the music. Military Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Slant United Methodist Church Cemetery, Slant, VA., conducted by the American Legion Hammond Post #3, Kingsport, TN and Post #265, Gate City, VA assisted by members of the Virginia Army National Guard Honor Guard. His Grandsons and Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m., Saturday to go in procession to the graveside service.
