Chris Wayne Miller, 39 year old resident of Kingsport, passed from this life on February 23, 2016. A memorial service to honor his life will be held Monday, February 29, 2016 at 6:00pm at the Providence Church located at 710 Ordinance Dr., Churchhill, TN. Jack Dyer will be officiating.
