KINGSPORT - Thomas Golden Ratliff, 79, passed away on Sunday (October 30, 2016) following an extended illness. The family will receive friends on Wednesday (November 2, 2016) from 6 to 7 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home. The funeral service will immediately follow in the chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home at 7 p.m. Committal services will be held on Thursday (November 3, 2016) at 10 a.m. in the Garden of Everlasting Life I at East Lawn Memorial Park.
