KINGSPORT - Rebecca Lucille Morgette, 92, of Kingsport, was born on August 3, 1923 to Mary Martin Kilbourne and Johnathan R. Kilbourne of Big Stone Gap, VA. She passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Wexford House in Kingsport. There will be no services in Kingsport. Rebecca will be buried beside her husband, Ralph Morgette in Kermit Texas.
