Louise Pierson Garland passed away, Sunday, October 30, 2016 after a period of declining health. Louise was born In Scott County, VA, to the late Kelly and Maude Pierson. The family will receive friends, Tuesday, from 11:00-11:30am, at Carter Trent Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will immediately follow at 11:30am. Burial will be held at Roselawn Memory Gardens.
