KINGSPORT - Keith Swangle Sr. of Kingsport, Tn., born on May 3rd, 1948 in Visalia, CA, passed away on Thursday, October 27th, 2016, in his home after a battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Grace Bible Fellowship Church (113 Addington St, Weber City, Va) at 7pm with Pastor Jon Osteen officiating.
