KINGSPORT - Keith Swangle Sr. of Kingsport, Tn., born on May 3rd, 1948 in Visalia, CA, passed away on Thursday, October 27th, 2016, in his home after a battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Grace Bible Fellowship Church (113 Addington St, Weber City, Va) at 7pm with Pastor Jon Osteen officiating. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) will be serving the family.
