KINGSPORT - Martha Jo Rhoton, 58 of Kingsport went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport.
