AUGUSTA, GA - Ethel Marie Hurd Edens, 86, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Georgia. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 pm on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Scott County Funeral Home, Weber, City, VA. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 7 pm with Rev. Fred White and Rev. Todd Jennings, officiating. A graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Pallbearers will be Michael Hurd, Arlis Johnson, Larry Winegar, Wayne Hurd, Dennis Smith and Wayne Winegar. Those attending are asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:45 pm.
