ROGERSVILLE - Joe Duncan, age 70, of Rogersville, passed Friday (3/18/16) at his residence. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday (3/20/16) at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday (3/21/16) in the chapel with Rev. Ken Christian and Rev. Pat Hammond officiating. Burial will follow in the Duncan Family Cemetery.
