Charles “Sammy” Garrett, age 56 passed away February 13 as a result of a pedestrian-automobile accident in Kingsport. A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday February 28 at 1:00 PM at Shades of Grace United Methodist Church at 313 East Sullivan St. Music will be provided by Justin and Tabitha Brooks and Johnny Nash. Services will be officiated by Pastor Will Shewey. The staff of Tri-Cities Funeral Home is honored to be serving in the memory of Sammy Garrett.
