The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Scott County Funeral Home in Weber City, VA. A celebration of Mrs. Hall’s life will be held at Blue Springs Primitive Baptist Church (Beech Grove) in Hiltons, VA at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 28, 2016. Jim Bowlin, Rev. Ray Davis, Elder Chris Salley and Elder Frank Gilliam will be officiating. Graveside services will be held at Spurrier’s Cemetery.
