FALL BRANCH - Howard Lee Smith, 86, of Fall Branch passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel at Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services with Pastor Joe Beaver officiating. A Graveside Service and Interment will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park in the Garden of Christus. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
