KINGSPORT - Gene M. Dockter, 84 of Kingsport went to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport. The family will receive friends from 12 – 2 pm Wednesday, October 16, 2016 at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church, 145 Shipp Springs, Kingsport.
