KINGSPORT - Gene M. Dockter, 84, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday morning October, 21, 2016 at Holston Valley Medical Center with his daughter by his hand. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. Carter-Trent Funeral Home is serving the Dockter family.
