DUFFIELD, VA - Mae Zella (Williams) Rhoton, 92, Duffield, VA passed away, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the residence of her son and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Nancy Rhoton with her family by her side. The family will receive friends from 5:00p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley, Rev. Bill Tignor, and Rev. Garry Edwards officiating. Chris Holder and Journey Home will provide the music. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Danny Rhoton, Charlie Rhoton, Aidan Rhoton, Dewey Miller, Bill J. Rhoton, and Ernie Ashley will serve as pallbearers. Leon Gaddy and Pete Ashley will serve as honorary pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m., Monday to go in procession to the graveside service.
