FRANKLIN - Mrs. Jane Allen Skillen, age 79 of Franklin, TN passed away October 15, 2016. A worship service of remembrance will be conducted at 11:00 AM, October 22, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church of Franklin, Rev. Chris Joiner officiating. Gathering with the family will follow the service. Inurnment will be on November 13th, 2016 at Waverly Road Presbyterian Church in Kingsport, TN following the 11:00 am worship service.
