KINGSPORT - Linda Yonce Shelton, age 73, of Kingsport, passed away Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016 at Wellmont Holston Valley Hospital. Raised in Forest, Mississippi before coming to work at Tennessee Eastman Company in 1965, she was the wife of Charles Shelton and mother of Scott Shelton (Terrace Park, OH) and Yonce Shelton (Bethesda, MD). She had three young grandchildren: Beckley, Cooper, and Colman. A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Mountain View United Methodist Church (4405 Orebank Road, Kingsport, TN 37664).In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Mountain View United Methodist Church (Orebank Road, Kingsport) in her honor.
