David Wayne Sams, 71, a loving father and grandfather, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. A military honors ceremony will be held in the chapel at Trinity Memorial Centers on Friday, October 14th, at 1 PM. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family.
