KINGSPORT - Joe Howard Larkins, age 86, of Kingsport, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016, at Church Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Mt. Carmel. All those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital located at P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 1142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
