KINGSPORT - Robert Clemons, 74, of Kingsport, passed away on Monday October 10, 2016 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Clemmons family.
