Janette Henry Carter will be celebrating her 90th birthday with an open reception at Thomas Village Baptist in Duffield on Saturday, October 22nd from 2-4PM. The reception will be hosted by her sons and daughters-in-law: Donald and Jane Carter, Gary and Judy Carter, and Carroll and Renee Carter.
