BRISTOL - Sandra Feathers, 72, of Bristol, TN passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016. The funeral service will be held at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Stan Anderson officiating. The committal and interment will follow at High Point Cemetery in Bristol, VA. Pallbearers will be Joshua Bowman, Michael Bowman, Braxton Feathers, Clayton Feathers, David Anderson, Justin Presnell, Andrew Strouth and Ethan Bowman.
