KINGSPORT - Mikki Charlene (Stiefer-Smith) Hughes, 57, passed away on Tuesday (October 4, 2016) after suffering through several serious illnesses over the last few years. The family will receive friends on Sunday (October 9, 2016) from 1 to 2 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Will Shewey officiating. Entombment will be held following the funeral services on Sunday (October 9, 2016) at 3:00 p.m. in Mausoleum II at East Lawn Memorial Park.
