KINGSPORT - Betty Jo Peters 80, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 2, 2016. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Scott County Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the chapel with Pastor Johnny Gibson officiating. Music will be provided by Donna Duncan and Victor Travis Phillips. Graveside services will be conducted at 11am on Wednesday October 5, 2016 at Spencer-Alley Cemetery in Gate City, VA.
