DUNGANNON, VA - Lucinda G. Dingus, 73, Dungannon, VA passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at her residence. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Joe Roberts, Sam Brickey and Dale Hall officiating. Durhams Chapel Quartet will provide the music. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 3, 2016 at the Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Sam Brickey, Dale Hall, William “Bo” Howington, Thomas Rose, George Hensley and Steve Carter will serve as pallbearers. James Lane, Kenny Dingus, Bill Wallen, Doug Presley and Stan Presley will serve as honorary pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m., Monday to go in procession to the graveside service.
