BIG STONE GAP, VA - Donald Ray Dalton, 74, loving husband, father, son and brother, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday (September 28, 2016) peacefully at his home after a hard fought battle with cancer. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 30, 2016, at Christian Life Church, Big Stone Gap, VA, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The funeral will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Michael Dalton and Pastor Kyle Beverly officiating. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at the Glencoe Cemetery Mausoleum, Big Stone Gap, VA. Donald’s sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to assemble at Christian Life Church to leave at 10:30 to travel in procession to the cemetery.
